  Yesterday was by far the worst experience I had with this location! I came here maybe about 15 mins before noon and saw this sign posted on the window. Mind you it was already the 17th and store was still closed. I was there to make my payment on the due date as always. I wanted to make it there before noon because on several occasions it seems these people are on long breaks or lunches and are never back at the time they say they’ll be back. Being that I was in a hurry and having to be somewhere else in an hour from that time I decided to take a chance and go to the office in Pasadena. I get there and the girl who was there was thankfully really nice, helpful and understanding but it was such a hassle to pull up my information. I had to wait there for nearly an hour just for them to transfer my information from Temple city to Pasadena!!! How ridiculous is this!!!! I’ve worked with other loan agencies and I’ve never had this problem. No matter what location I am in I’m always able to make my payment! Excuses I got was, “people calling out, new employees quitting, not enough support, etc.” If this is a happening continuously then management is not doing their job right. A call would’ve been nice to at least let me know what’s going on and what are my options. In the end, after wasting my time for nearly an hour just to transfer my information from one location to another, I left without getting anything resolved and now I’m having to come in the next day to get it done! Going through a difficult time in my life and having a company like this give such horrible service only made my experience even worse!!!
