  I’m commenting on Mr. William Cove post the day that he was in the Grandview location I was in the store and miss an Nikita was not rude by any means she did tell him to have a seat because she was helping me and it was just a few moments and I was getting things situated cause I had to wait on somebody else that was after him and she did all the proper things as far as asking to cash a check he made a big ordeal about it with him being a new check cash and she was not rude she was not disrespectful by no means so he is blatantly telling a bold face lie Nikita is always kind and courteous every time I come into this location as well as Nicole.

  Rude customer service over the phone. I called to ask a question and before I could even finish, the lady cuts me off and pretty much rushes me off the phone. I know this won't mean much but I will never call, yet alone, do business with Check into Cash.

  When I walked into the Grandview location, I was greated by to of the ladies that work at this location. The location was very neat and clean. Some of your other locations can take a page from this store. I will only come here to do any type of business. These ladies are always, nice and kind every time I come to this location.
