  I really appreciate Mrs Dianna today. She went over and above for me. Never gave up to assist . Even though my situation was out of the normal she didn't push me off like I have experienced at another store. Where if the representative from Vallejo would have took time to see my paper work then it would've made my day better. I had the worst day the other day and was very stressed out. Alot of people are going through alot during this pandemic and it means the world when you come across someone who has been through real life experiences and can relate. It makes going through things alot easier I really appreciate her. I loved the way she would laugh and make conversations with me even though it took alot longr for my situation. But with her willingness it made my day alot better even less stress for me. Thank you Mrs Dianna. You are definitely a example of customer service at it best 👏

  I went in and cash a $7845 check and told me they were going too charge me $784 too cash my check. I find it exaggerating they going too charge me 10% of the check went else where and only chard 1.5% to cash it. Worst place ever don't go here unless you want too be robbed.
