I came in to try and apply for a payday loan. I came with proof of income and bank information and my I’d but the lady who attended me did not want to start an application because she did not recognize my bank. She said my bank was a prepaid bank (which it is not) I told her that it was a ledgit bank called Meta bank. She said i needed to have a major bank like chase or Bank of America and she did not even bother to try and help me out or run my account and routing number. Wasted my gas for nothing. Eventually I applied online and guess what, I was approved. Thanks but no thanks to the lady working here. Wish I knew her name.
