      I use this place more often than I should. My loans are always paid off. I couldn’t make my payment Friday so knowing I would have no problem making my payment on the following Friday I chose to wait. They have never taken a payment from my checking account without me either calling or payment by phone. I checked my bank account and there is an unauthorized payment in my account. So knowing I didn’t have the money to pay they took it upon themselves to take money out of my account causing me 60$ in overdraft fees. I think this will be the last time I use this place and will gets a new debit card so this doesn’t happen again from them. I borrowed the money because had financial problems was doing ok but they just put me right back into the same hole I was in. Very unprofessional when the longest I have ever been late on a payment is one week.

      Went in hoping I could get help to give my daughter a birthday night for her 7th birthday and though I hadn’t been at my job long and my credit isn’t the best I was still treated like I was important and was able to get what was needed for my daughters day I highly recommend the Sangamon Ave. location
