Tried to call for a simple question if I am able to cash my check there women who answered was extremely rude and continued to ask me questions such as my full name and last of social which I began to inform her I never been there I just have a simple question and she still replied rudely you still have to answer my questions . What is going on nowadays with the poor customer service ?!
