      Spent an hour waiting around, after filling out the online application, because the manager had to approve of the application it decided to take another customer who came in after us. She then refused to approve the loan based on irrelevant issues that were not mentioned by the online application or the employee when filing everything out. Didn’t try to work with us, help us or do anything besides tell us to use our bank account more often.

      Wouldn’t cash a check I signed not right in front. Don’t endorse prior to check out or else they will refuse to assist. Made up rules, go somewhere else.
