Their online application process is a joke. Applied for a payday advance and gave them all the information they requested. Within a few hours I received an email to ensign my documents only to log in and not be able to. It just took me back through the application process and tried to get me to apply for a personal loan... uh no. I emailed customer service and have yet to receive a response in that regard. However, this morning I received an email stating that I was not approved because they couldn’t verify my application information? Ummmm...
