      Lady walked out and asked if I was going to cash a check I said yes she said don't sign it unless it's in front of us on the camera. She said "did you sign it already" obviously knowing that I did already. I said yes she said "well we're not going to be able to cash it". Mind you this is 10 mins before they close I can't help but think the employee was just being lazy and incompetent not wanting to do her job and ready to go home on a Friday. But that's just my interpretation of the situation I could be wrong but probably not. Don't go to this place it is trash and the staff is trash.

      Horribly rude customer service. The associate seemed like she just doesn’t want to do her job. After waiting for over 30 minutes for my checks to be cashed, they couldn’t even cash my computer printed checks because the “routing numbers are too close together for their system”. The first time I went there she told me that I couldn’t cash my checks because they were endorsed. The second time I went she wouldn’t cash them until I endorse my checks.
