  One of the worst experiences ever using check n go. My payment came due when I was out if town. I called to make a payment but their computer kicked me out so I contacted the office and paid over the I phone. The same day check n go drafted a payment out my account. When my account reflected two payments I contacted 50th street branch Mgr Jeri was not in so her assistant informed me to call on Monday. I visited the office Monday waited 45 minutes for manager only to hear she could not assist and I needed to take to my bank. Visited my bank they would not refund my money. This was unacceptable and I visited check n go twice my back three or four times. File a claim it took 3 months to get my refund from my bank. I will never do business with then again. Manager was not friendly and she was rude and very smart. Do not use them.
