      Had fraudulent activity on my bank account and was not able to pay yesterday. Finally got control of my account again and was going to pay but they told me that because I didn't pay yesterday that I have to pay the whole thing up front instead of doing payment plans like I usually do. It's like how am I supposed to pay you guys if I couldn't even access the money on my bank account? I even spoke to somebody on Tuesday and offered to pay over the phone and they told me I could not do that. Basically what I'm saying is they will penalize over stuff that is out of your control. I've never had any problems with going here until today. I need the owner to contact me immediately.
