      Store manager, Brandy was the absolute WORST. I did see positive feedback from a couple of years ago, but something clearly has changed. Not sure what happened, but she needs to be retrained and shown what good customer service looks like. The way she treated my wife and I was appalling as return customers. I will never go to this store again. I will be filing a complaint in writing regarding her process and our terrible customer service experience. At one point she stated I was not allowed to talk with my own bank to verify bank information on a joint bank account. She was unclear on the process much like the first experience, especially the truth and lending disclosures and made my wife feel intimidated and disrespected explaining her collections process. I had to see and hear it for myself, and it was clear that she could benefit from helpful management feedback and possibly additional training on appropriate customer service.
