      Usually I don't have a problem at this store. However, this time I did my loan was due on the 24th but when I went in to pay it the store was closed-has been closed the last two days. Now my loan is showing overdue. I don't want late fees nor to have the check deposited either as I have been trying to pay it but can't. Why would they have a loan due on days that they know they are closed? It makes it impossible

      Melissa (I think that is her name - she is fairly new) is really sweet and all - but….. she is extremely painfully slow. For being here for over 2 months still has trouble doing transactions. Took me 10 mins to pay by phone and it is averaging 20 mins or more per customer today in the store. Previous manager had us in and out in 5 or so. She needs help as she isn’t ready to run store alone. She is being set up to fail and is hurting your business.
