I have had very good experiences here. Kristen is very down to earth and friendly. Only reason I'm not giving a 5 is because when I called them before going there to make sure I had everything in order, I wasnt told to bring certain documents with me that would be needed to refinance. So be sure to ask over the phone just what to bring prior to coming!! But again, overall experience very good!

Arrived here around 230 clock on the door says return at 240. Go to the door at 240 was told 245. It is now 315 and the door is still locked and the woman still inside. In the car waiting in the heat. No signes of her opening the door any time soon. I am not the only one waiting. Not sure what kind of business does something like this.

Delaware Law via Executive Order states Drivers License expiration dates are extended. This information is currently displayed on the State Linked DMV Page as their cover photo. My Driver's License (expired Thursday) is not being accepted nor is my renewal paper stating I am waiting for my new card. Under Executive Order, State Law states my Driver's License is still valid even though it says on it it is expired, plus I have proof of renewal being done online and DMV told me they should be accepting what I have.
