      This store is great. Made the mistake of getting an xact loan and totally screwed myself with it. Wish I'd stuck with the in store loan. 311% inrest rate and nearly 2 years to pay off. Sadly no one informed me of this. Long road to recovery from that mistake. Do yourself a favor and stick with the short term loans and pay off quickly. It's not worth it to get the xact loan. Best of luck.

      So between Allied Cash and Check n Go they are having and have been having an extremely hard time keeping staff. I have been beyond frustrated trying to get a loan versus pay it off, when it's time. Stores are hardly open and when they are open you never know when they're going to take lunch but their saving Grace is a beautiful young :) lady Mrs. Barbara H. She literally has been heaven sent to me. She takes her job seriously but at the same time can always put a smile on my face as soon as I walk in and recognize her. If I could I would give her 10 stars because she is the only one that I can ever count on to be there, especially with us not even being her store. She travels from Greenville on almost a weekly basis to help out several stores in the greater Grand Rapids area. So if anyone higher up is reading this Mrs.Barbara needs a raise!!!!! Her customer service is exceptional, her communication is out of this world, and her personality is simply beautiful. Thank you Mrs. Barbara for always being there, please don't ever quit!
