      Spoke with Barbara on the phone this afternoon about my last payments due- she was rude the entire call and argued with me when I told her I didn't appreciate her unprofessionalism. I have worked with this company previously and never had these issues before. I would not reccomend this company if this is how they are trained to engage with their customers.
