      The lady by the name of Patrece was working on a customer while talking about her entire personal life ( her 3 boys,2 girls and ex husband) which made my wait time over 30 minutes. Once it was my turn to be waited on. She told me it’s time for her to close. I felt that was very unprofessional, and a waste of my time figuring she let me stand in line for over 30 minutes to tell me I can’t do my application. Her excuse was I didn’t know what you wanted to do. I will be contacting corporate in the morning.
