      Horrible customer service I will never cut a customer conversation... Not helpful at all. I call today to ask for help and Ms Brandy was rude and she hang of the phone in my face. I work in customer service and I will never will do that to any customer regarless what it is. Over 5 years with check and go and I never have this experience before. At this point Im looking to go with somebody else. Hope you guys dont pass or have this experinces when you go to this store. Store #777 on Arlington Rd. They have the money for my loan since Friday 12/17 and my loan still open because Manager dont want to clear my loan. I know she have the power to do that but she dont want to because she dont want to help or be helpfull. Other stuff happened but I will keep that on me. The best thing that God made is one day behind the other one. Today is me that need help. Later will be other person who needs help. Have a great day. I do 1 star review because Im not able to do a 0 star review
