      Usually I have a good experience here, the manager Kathryn Day is always great! But I went on Saturday around 1:20pm (they are open until 2pm Saturday) and I felt very unwelcome. The worker helping me was talking to his co-worker, and said something along the lines of "Well looks like our plans are going up in water" and she responded "yeah, we got a rush of people." It was me and ONE other customer in the building. I felt rushed and like they were annoyed with me for being there. The mood was just off with the entire interaction, and I left feeling like I was an inconvenience. I would have understood maybe not getting the best customer service if I had showed up at 1:50 knowing they close at 2, but I came in 40 minutes before they closed!
