I visited on 05/05/2022 to take out a loan to help my partner out as he had got into trouble, needed something fast quick and in a hurry it took about 45 minutes may have been less but the worker kept taking personal calls on top of having her child at work with her which I’m sure is highly illegal in the State of Florida. Attempted to payback a loan on 05/18/2022 and the store was closed 30 minutes early called a different store 05/19/2022 and was told the lady had quit that was working, ideally she should have been fired for having her child in the building, I’m sure it’s more than just one person hired to work the location in Orange Park so the response didn’t compensate for why the building would be closed. This is my first and last time getting a loan with them. I just want to pay it back and off and be done with them entirely.
