  I’m giving this place one star sadly. The district manager was wonderful! But there’s a manager here by the name of carcia who’s been calling me non stop after I told her I dealt with two deaths within one month, One due to Covid (My 23 year old cousin) And my other other baby cousin who was only 10 months. My car was totaled and that just made my year the worst year I’ve ever had. After explaining this to carcia she seemed to not have cared about my situation at all, All of my funds have been exhausted and I’ve been putting money towards a new vehicle for my wife and son as well as putting money towards both funerals of my love ones who passed unfortunately and unexpectedly. I’m saddened that I have to give this place one star because of this because I was able to get a loan with no problem, But I did not believe or think all of the this would transpire within me taking out my loan. Someone needs to do something about this because I’ve been getting calls every single day from this woman who answers with a rude tone and proceeds to tell me that she’ll call me everyday until I pay the loan. It’s almost as if she knows me from somewhere and is doing it purposely. Which I’m pretty sure she doesn’t, Or I could be mistaken. I’ve already reached out to corporate. Because I’m on the way as we speak to a viewing and I can’t handle much more stress than I’ve already been receiving. I love the district manager of this location. But the manager of this store (Carcia) must be dealt with in a professional manager about handling cunsumers. I’ll never come back to this location after the harassment I’ve been receiving.
