      I have never had this experience I am at the location 6892 Parker Road Florissant MO. I have been calling the store since 10am, there has been no response. I am now here at 12 53 pm cst and I knocked on the door because a sign outside said so. There was this white lady behind the desk, she did not open the door for me. She looked at me and stayed behind her desk. As I am typing this I called customer service to complain, the rep transferred me to the store and she STILL isn't answering the phone or opening the door. I have NEVER EVER had this experience at this location! This is just horrible. How rude.
