      Had a loan here. After months of on time payments I had called for an extention on 1 payment one week before that payment was even due. I was told that was fine and my account would NOT be charged. Well that was a lie. My account WAS charged costing my account to be over drafted. After 5hrs of getting the run around my account still hasn't been handled and the best they can tell me is that corporate will reach out in 3-5 business days. Will never recommend this company to anyone again.
