  Every time I go in there since January, I have to take my mask off to take another new picture!! They supposed to open at 9:00am but they open when they get there, 9:30 or 10!!

  Ms. Lewis - in many instances, a picture is required at the time of each transaction. There should be a sign posted in our lobby to make customers aware of this policy. Sorry for the inconvenience. As for opening late, this morning our employee turned the alarm off at 9:09. We apologize, and will remind our staff to arrive on time in order to be open for business at 9:00.

  It’s a heavy set light skinned lady in there very rude also it’s food being sold inside the establishment I didn’t know it was a flee market I thought this was a check cashing place.

  Ms. Howard - as we explained, the transaction was interrupted when the debit card was pulled out of the terminal too quickly. When this happens, the funds will automatically be refunded to the account. We apologize for the inconvenience, however our staff acted appropriately in this regard.

  I know what I counted out for my bills before going into the currency exchange on 10/23/2020 around 2:57. However, the teller said I was$100 short, so another $100 was given. I went back in about 2 minutes later and asked if she could recount the money I had given her because I know what I gave her. She refused to count the money or even look at what I had given her. I feel cheated and disrespected. This establishment should have accountable employees. They are disrespectful, have nasty attitudes, and are demeaning. Real rate is no star at all.

  Shanell - Our staff should have immediately contacted management at the time of the discrepancy to ask for a review of the video, and we apologize. We will pull the video today. Please contact the store later today (Saturday) at 773-471-4900, or call our headquarters Monday at 847-714-1313. ***Update. Your transaction total was $661.73. The video clearly shows the young man you were with tendered $662.00 to our staff. We are happy to share that video with you. Again, our staff should have contacted management to review video at that time, and for that we apologize. However please be assured our employee correctly processed your transaction.
