      They are a very good place. I used to do business at their place by Broadway and Irving Park but they closed. Since then, I have been using this one, sometimes I even see the same people who worked on Irving. Always professional and friendly to me. Was there today to do some business as a matter of fact.

      I tried to go cash a check here and the lady told me I should go open a bank account. This has got to be the worst place for customer service I've ever experienced. Everytime I come here they make up a problem for why they can't cash my check or give me a western union money transfer. It's like they are allergic to work. Worst, most aggravating place I've been to. Avoid it.

      Went here to cash a type of check other currency exchanges usually don’t she called her supervisor to make sure it was ok then took her time to call and verify with chase while there was a line of customer’s at the door, I’m very pleased
