  Because it’s me, naturally it’s a long review. Ok, so, I know this place handles different types of transactions, such as cashing checks, money gram and payday loans. I have only done business with them for a payday loan. Well, a couple. a few, well, more than a handful ok? But, by my own choice, not because I felt dependent upon them or looked to them to be my never ending monetary resource. I continue to do business with them because they make it super convenient for me to get what I call my, “advance.” Obviously I’m aware that it is a loan I have to repay plus a, what I call, “ restocking,” fee. Here’s what I love about this place tho, I feel that if I gave the slightest hint that these transactions were risky for my financial stability, they would not be willing to enter into a contract of my terms, if at all. I routinely am required to provide proof of this or that and these humans make it so easy that I’m definitely livin my best life. I don’t actually go in anymore, only because they make it easy for me not to, but when I did, every single one of those ladies just made me feel like smiling. I was always greeted with a smile and it was not a fake one either. You can tell in someone’s voice how they really are feeling majority of the time and I am convinced I am probably their favorite customer. Maybe even person. Lol. Plus, I’ve never been confused about any part of the contract. Any questions I have they have answered. They are super knowledgeable and that’s very comforting. Oh, I remember one time that I actually was in need, called up there as they were ending the day. They closed at 4 and I was hoping they were maybe a couple minutes behind and I could catch them. I wouldn’t have ever been the, “come during closing time,” guy if I was not up against something serious. Nobody answered anyways tho. Oh, but hey, I see my phone flash and it’s this amazing person from Checkmate calling me. She was already on her way to leave and she said she just kinda felt it was a call she needed to answer and saw it was me and felt it was odd. But she didn’t reach the phone in time, hence, her calling me. And then she stayed late, for me, to help, me. They are just so nice. They have continued to be just the same regardless of us using phone or internet to now do business. I love knowing that I will never be without any means and it’s possible only because of them.

  I had emergency surgery the week my payday loan was due. I called and told them hey im in Harborview I need a payment plan and they told me well you need to come in so we can help you. That wasnt possible since I was in the hospital. They did not care. When i went in 2 days later they told me they couldnt help me because it was past due and sent me to collections 4 days after it was due. The collection lady was extremely rude and had 0 compassion. take your money to Moneytree. they at least are understanding of EMERGENCY SURGERY!
