  I came in Saturday to Pamela it was about to close... She stayed 20 minutes after closing to help me... She is amazing.... She is very kind and caring.... She goes above and beyond for her customers... Best experience ever.... Definitely 5 stars for me....

  Think twice before getting the Insight VISA Debit card. The customer service at Insight is atrocious to put it lightly. However, Paula and the staff at CheckSmart have always been attentive and helpful when I need help. I'm going to contact them this morning and see if they can help me with my issues with Insight VISA. Otherwise, I am going to make it a point to put Insight VISA on Blast with the most ridiculous but true customer service experience article ever written! When I say on Blast. I mean gopgle, youtube, facebook, Reddit, Yelp, ECT... They open at 9:00am . Will finish this review or add to it soon! 8:59 am UPDATE The email support people's ears must have been burning.and spidey sense tingling because they got back with me. I normally don't complain but I made it pretty clear to Insight how much their negligence has set me behind in launching my business ventures. If CheckSmart would have decided to sell some other financial product than Insight VISA, I would have rated them at 5 stars CHeckSmart 👍 Insight VISA 👎

  Buyer beware! No longer use checks. They are middlemen for two different loan offices. Ivy charged me $150.00 annual fee and $25.00 credit check fee for a #200.00 loan!!! So those details were left off verbally by the oh so nice clerk. She did warn me about the whole loan needs to be paid all at once within 30 days. Late fees are super high which she also told me that. The company did admit it will sell your name and address to everyone of there fellow loan sharks. Which they were true to their word. If it is the last place on the planet you can go, then go ahead and use them. But read all the electronic stuff they ask you to sign off on. Don't trust the people selling you the loan.
