  This place is not only a life saver but they literally have the best people working there! They have helped me and my family for years, they are professional, informative, fast, along with giving out great customer service. From loans, check cashing, pre-paid cards services, taxes etc. You name it they got it and I’ve used it lol. They run a very high volume store with just a handful of people led by a great manager whose been there forever. This place is simply amazing and I would and will continue to recommend people to this 1 stop shop.

  They know people get into a bind that is why they come to the establishment. I tried to get them to work with me and they reimbursed and put my account overdrawn, I think they should have more leniency, by signing a new contract. I will never recommend them to anyone.

  Worst customer service ever!!! Let me start with saying, I am not proud to have to take a loan out to begin with but when a medical emergency arose I didn’t have a choice. I went to this location and arrived at 6:35, the store closes at 7. I stood in line without even being acknowledged until 6:55. When I got to the window the man told me that I could apply but wouldn’t get the money until tomorrow because it’s his turn to pick up his kid and he wasn’t supposed to close!!!! In the mean time, I wasted time standing there not knowing this, and all the other stores in my area closed in the mean time. I was in tears begging for him to help me and he said it’s not his problem and they open at 8am tomorrow. This is unacceptable to me. I worked at a payday lending center for many years and know the process doesn’t take more than 15 minutes or so (reason why I got there as soon as I could before closing). I told the man, through tears, my situation and I understand he has responsibilities as well, but I am more than mad about the way I was treated!
