      I’ve been a return customer for a few years now and I’ve always had wonderful experiences with every single person there. Mandy and Terri are awesome and I always walk away feeling better.       I don’t expect much from predatory lending companies but this one doesn’t even meet that low bar. From check fraud, to lying to government agencies to laughing in customers faces, I don’t think they could do much worse. I was a customer of Check Into Cash for years with no problems other than the obvious - a corporation taking advantage of poor people in bad situations. Was forced to deal with these monsters when CIC closed. On a positive note, I’ll die cold & homeless before I’ll deal with this company again.

      My mom went in there to cash a rather large check, she brought all the needed identification, and was talked down to. The manager asked “who even gave you this much money” and other unprofessional questions. I could not believe her despicable behavior. It is not her job nor business to ask those questions. Her job is to verify identity (which my mom had) and cash the check not interrogate.
