      Very rude with customers, they have ridiculous rules that are not safe, and decide what rules they follow when convenient for that exact moment. One of the tellers is a sweetheart the other is.... not very professional. I've had them call screaming at us over mistakes they made, and feel the need to back the other horribly rude teller. If you want to pay $1 per in bank transfer and only do it over the phone, or if you like being treated with disrespect, or if you don't mind the "rules" changing when convenient for them then this is the branch for you. Sad truth is I've dealt with other Chemcels and did not have any issues very friendly and helpful. The Alice branch is not worth your time or effort and I've reported them already. I've had the same bank for 11 years no issues and no complaints so it's not me...
