      If you're closed you need to post it online. And if you're open the least you can do is answer your phones after multiple times.

      They refuse to refund overdraft fees due to a purchase that was refunded due to it being unauthorized. That one purchase caused other negatives and when I explained they said oh well since they covered the charges I owe the fees.
