      Horrible customer service. Always long delays. No managers in branches. No response to customer requests. Their online bill pay subtracts the payment immediately regardless of whether or not the check has been cashed. Avoid at all costs.

      Would score ZERO. Since the merge to TCF bank, the website is awful. Using my ChemBank un & pw, it gave me error. On the phone you can't get in touch with a person. Wait times are ridiculous.... I waited about 30 minutes the first time I tried to call and she transferred me which put me into another 60+minute queue. Hung up. Next time I called, I waited for 90 minutes while I was doing other work around the house. No answer, got sick of waiting. Now I need to drive an HOUR just to get information about my loan because the office is now forwarding to the TCF toll free number.
