      Friendly, personal service. I used them to notarize a business deal documentation, and the manager could not have been nicer. Easy parking and location make this a great business bank. Personal banking is efficient and convenient.

      Just had a very frustrating experience. We moved out of the area a couple of years ago so I finally decided it was time to close my account. I called to get the exact balance, told the person I'd be doing an online credit card payment with that amount and closing the account. All good...right? NO! They had frozen my account as it had been "dormant", so the credit card payment didn't go through. I was charged a $29 return check fee that THEY REFUSED TO REFUND! My advice, find any other bank in town. Chemical does not value longtime customers at all!
