  Would never go to this bank again had a business account and their employees added their self’s to the account and drained the account for over 7000$ the bank called me back to deal with the situation months later and never even fired the employee. They are very unprofessional so I figured I would list their names and their roles in the fraud it was Ali Willette at the Byron center location and Anne the management in the Middleville location and also assistant manager Samantha at that sam location they also lied to the police detective and continued to allow her to take money when there was supposed to be a freeze on the account. The app wouldn’t let me use it because she was added to it and works at the bank so it would allow me to have access to other people’s accounts so I couldn’t access my own account but she could. Worse bank in the world never again.

  Worst bank ever been with them since the beginning when they were talmer bank and sticking with them was the worst decision of my life it was gradually going down hill making policy changes without alerting anyone but now they just jumped straight off the cliff into flat out stealing my money
