      We moved to Michigan almost two years ago and from the beginning this bank has been incredibly disorganized and difficult to work with. From not processing our loan for three months (they claimed it was due to an untrained loan officer, but then when we called to try to understand what what going on, their "collections department manager" blamed THEIR MISTAKE on us) to sending us multiple unintelligible "change of address" letters, to not even being willing to cash our first checks after moving into the area. We were sent away! I'm not sure if they are a new bank, but they have so much disorganization that it is trickling down to their customers. Sorry Chemical Bank, but you lost this customer for life and we will never recommend your banking to anyone.
