If you decide to deposit cash it will not be immediately available. No online chat feature. Customer service reps are scripted and cannot answer off shoot questions. Judy sounded like an unhelpful robot. Get a bank that's up to date with technology. Apparently they must wait for a human to count your money from the ATM machine. Too few locations but high ATM fees. This is the worst bank I've ever had an account at.
