Tom was really great in navigating our buying process. Very knowledgeable and helpful when answering questions. The only downside to this whole experience was our Realitor Kevin. We ended up finding all the listings ourselves because he said he couldn’t. We didn’t have any trouble finding the listings. He was really no help and crowded us as we walked through the houses which made my wife very uneasy. He didn’t seem to care about getting the things we asked for done. Such as asking the sellers to clean out the garage that was full of garbage or fixing the fence that got broken from the time of walkthrough to final inspection and walkthrough.

We had the best experience with Cherry Creek Mortgage. Tom and Karla were so easy to work with. They are knowledgeable and were there with us every step of the way! Would totally recommend them and we will also be using them when we refinance in the future. 5 stars for sure!!!

Tom and Karla were so amazing! With this being our first home purchase and also buying out of state, it made it challenging at times but they went above and beyond and exceeded all our expectations! Could not be more happier! So friendly and professional they made us feel like family!
