  Andy was awesome getting a loan at a great rate. This happened at a time when mortgage lenders were overwhelmed with loans. He worked hard and got it done in time. He's the Best!

  Over promised, delivered NOTHING. We did our due diligence, spoke to multiple lenders and just as we were about to give up Dallas Elder swooped in and offered to "help" us. We pre-qualified and were out bid with cash offers for months before putting down earnest money for a new build with Care Free builders. The new build had 6 weeks until completion, each week we checked up on our home, envisioned ourselves in the home and planned for our future. A few days prior to closing there was a problem regarding an inheritance we received. We sent all the documents repeatedly in multiple forms. I figured this is normal, send in what is requested asap. Two days prior to closing, Dallas called to tell us the loan couldn't go through due to our variable income. He advised me not to worry, his Dad was one of the head people in the company and he had a good feeling the loan would still be able to go through. Well he failed and we were left scrambling to find a new rental in this crazy rental market. His response was "sorry". He wasted our time, the time of our realtor and caused unnecessary stress. AVOID this place if you don't want the rug pulled out from under you. We have learned that this is common practice for Cherry Creek Mortgage. Dallas, stop sending us mail as if we would ever trust you or anyone from your company!

  Andy was so great to work with! He always kept us informed on what was happening in the loan process and answered any questions and concerns we had very quickly and thoroughly. Definitely recommend!
