  I don’t have all of the words to express my gratitude to Bruce and his team at Cherry Creek Mortgage. Here is the easy stuff: I received an incredible rate on a term I wanted, the documentation process was super easy with online drop boxes and forms, and all the communications were clear and easy to understand. That all said, the incredibly simple process is a small fraction of the tremendous total customer service I received which was outstanding, and above and beyond anything I expected. I was referred to Bruce as, “the guy I would send my kids to,” with very good reason. His deep understanding of mortgage banking (he teaches industry classes and is active in industry organizations) combined with his past legal training, and years of experience prevented many potential headaches and hiccups along the way towards buying my new construction. He was a tremendous sounding board and counter view point when new obstacles arose. My entire process took months (because of the builder), and he never tired or expressed frustration to me with the process and retained his steady demeanor throughout. He truly became my most trusted counsel in the process because every issue I had encountered, he had seen many times before and had tremendous perspective to share (something that I needed at times). There are so many things I can say about Bruce and Cherry Creek, but the simplest summation is the customer service is unparalleled and I don’t think anyone could convince me there is a better mortgage banker in Colorado. I cannot recommend him enough or adequately express my gratitude for his counsel.

  I was in a desperate situation and Bruce Jordan, Candy Cordes and Peggy Johnson made this stressful loan process very low stress!!! Thank you for holding my hand through all of this, taking good care of me and helping me feel safe through the process THAT WENT VERY QUICKLY!!! I love you guys, thank you so very very VERY much for helping mom and I!!
