We have worked with Carolyn Thomas at Cherry Creek Mortgage through the years for all of our family real estate loan transactions for over a decade (2 purchases and 2 refinances). She has always been tremendously helpful, clear, and delivers a loan package that is excellent. On a few of these transactions we have done the extra work of getting an extra loan approval from a competitor for competition and the package from Cherry Creek and Carolyn had always been either as good or better than the competition. In this HOT real estate market it is difficult enough to win bids on homes, but Carolyn’s fast work and excellent responsiveness came through for us and we were able to get exactly the home we had been hoping for.
