Craig handled our mortgage process and was professional in all respects. However, the purpose of this review relates to a separate matter. As understood at the time of closing, CCM sold our loan to another entity. The new company made a serious error in escrow and property tax distribution costing us thousands. Our efforts to correct this error were met with indifference & rudeness with no hope offered for rectification. Even though over two years had elapsed since our initial dealings with Craig, he aggressively went to bat for us and confronted the offending company. Thanks to Craig's efforts, our funds were ultimately returned to us with an apology from the company. There was nothing in this for Craig but he interceded on our behalf due to his work ethic and integrity. THANK YOU CRAIG!
