We interviewed a few lenders, and from our very first call Preston stood out because he really understood our circumstances. Even though our first conversation didn't result in immediately getting pre-approved for the loan amount we wanted, Preston gave very solid advice on what steps we needed to take. He then followed up with us and was really invested in our success. Once we found our dream home, Preston worked behind the scenes on ensuring our offer went through and explained every little number on his quote. When the rates started to climb, he locked us in so that we can stay within our budgeted monthly payment and downpayment amounts. It was truly an amazing experience to have so much trust and confidence in a mortgage team, especially in this crazy market.
