They seem to be a solid group of individuals that are patient and friendly towards their customers. The few bad reviews I see are mostly about people thinking they should get more value for their items which honestly I’m not sure if that’s a valid complaint given the nature of the business.

I pawned one of my prized possessions here in a time of desperation. The older employee that helped me was extremely rude accusing my item of being fake before even looking up the serial number or anything on it. I was then offered less than a fraction of what my possession was worth but I had no other option. I came back in to pay the fees on it and get an extension..I thought it went well until a month and a week later I find out I was given the wrong information on how long I had to get it and it was put out and sold with no warning. I also believe it was sold for far less than it's value because the rude man who helped me the first time did not understand it's value even tho one simple google search would show...that item alone could have paid my rent for 3 months.
