  Easy check in... only about 25 minutes for my oil change and I was on my way. Since my first post I've had to wait over an hour the past 2 visits. I could wait 45mins to an hour but any longer is excessive.

  Chevrolet of Fayetteville was Awesome. I just purchased a 2022 Silverado 3500 HD High Country DRW. They gave me an extremely fair price on my trade-in (2021 Toyota Tacoma Off-Road). John Riggs was my sales rep and made the experience extremely easy. Marco is the tech guy and walked me through all the functions of my truck. Brian was great at final signing and explaining all of my warranty options. I would highly recommend Fayetteville Chevy over the other Chevy/GM dealers in the NWA area. As a business owner, good workers are hard to come by these days. The owner of Fayetteville Chevrolet has an awesome crew. Thanks guys!!!

  We were in NW Arkansas for a wedding when my 2021 Silverado started making an odd noise. We thought it was a pump going bad and were concerned about making a 9 hour drive without having it checked out. We pulled in to the service department at 7:40 am on a Saturday with no appointment hoping we would not be spending the weekend in a hotel. We explained our situation - they immediately pulled in the truck, diagnosed the issue and had us on the road in less than an hour. In a time where customer service is non-existent in many areas I can't say enough good things about this crew. They met us with a smile, made sure we were taken care of and sent us away with a smile. Top notch crew - I would definitely recommend to anyone in the area.
