      Not even sure where to start. They’re arguably one the worst major credit unions. The customer service is horrible, barely accessible, and not helpful. IF you’re able to get a hold of someone at the branch or an actual financial rep, they are typically rude, short and not engaged at all. I have accounts with Capital One, Chase, Texas Dow Credit Union, Schlumberger Credit Union, American Express and Discover and never have customer service issues that are PERSISTENT. Also, they are always doing maintenance on their app and often times the app isn’t even accessible. The interface sucks, reading your ledger is difficult and this especially goes for the most recent update. Also, don’t count on them to protect you against fraudulent charges.

      The hours on the website are WRONG!!! I was there at 4 and they were still waiting on customers but wouldn't accept a check deposit.
