      Took seriously a month to refinance my auto. It wasn’t a unique or complicated auto loan in any regard, so I think they’re just extremely slow. When I inquired about how long it normally takes to refinance, a rep said they would reject my application after approving it three weeks earlier, then a manager apologized profusely. I stuck with them just because I didn’t want to run my credit again. For the past two months, I’ve tried to use Chevron as a savings account and to pay bills, but their entire online system and app are so clunky that it’s useless. I am now opening another account elsewhere just to get basic banking services.
