  I bought a 2012 Chevy Impala. Learned my tires are more thanon 10 years old. The guy says" we sell goid cars here" Really? Why are there 10 year old tires on a 5 year old car. I am white and i kind of believe this is why i was treated the way i was. They do not keep their word. One guy says to me. "Make,sure you make that 1st payment or we will take it right away. "O thank you so much for the insult!!" How kind of you!! That was before i mentioned i had stuff missing from my keychain. Like my regal cinema card and a naill clipper from Hawaii given as a gift. Sent me home with less than a quarter of a tank of gas. Oh yeah it takes E 85 only. No one mentioned that, tells me to come back the next day for free oil change and gas fill up. Get there. They cant do the oil change. You mean you wait till i get there to tell me you are overbooked? And waste my gas? They only put less than a quarter of gas in my car. My car had much more gas. 3 tires were brand new. The day i schedule my oil change i am there early. It took over an hour for the oil change!!! And if you complain they just treat you more like crap!!! So they tell me to come forca free oil change!! Are you kidding me? Why the Heck should i Trust You!!! Oh yeah there CD Player came with a broken disk in it. So you screw a person who is disabled, put ten year tires on a 5 year old car, say you make it so you can drive again? Virtually. In some ways it is worse. Thanks for caring! NOT!!! I will not even think of advertising for you! Let alone allow you to work on the car.By lying and putting bad tires on my car, why should i Trust You! I am 62 and had lung cancer and part of my lung removed. I freekin Trusted YOU!!! And for What? I told the greeter of my issues and nothing. No concerns. No calling to check customer satisfaction. Judgmental creeps. You are getting automatic payments not one is missed. Eat DUST!
