At times can be difficult getting information out of them, and they seemed very confused when I did ask questions instead of blindly signing documents. They generated 3 iterations of documents with incorrect information and mismatched numbers, causing plenty of confusion and ultimately delaying the closing of my property. It ended up being fine, but it was a major pain in the butt.

Extremely difficult to get responses. Had to contact them multiple times through phone and email to try to get everything through. Even our loan officer couldn't get them to respond to her. Every time we finally got ahold of the front office, they wouldn't let us talk to our title agent and just overall had a very lackadaisical attitude over everything. Had to contact the notary ourselves to get an appointment made after we contacted them multiple times telling them how close we were to closing and we were still one day late to closing. Made a stressful process much more stressful.
