      If you're looking for title insurance and/or escrow services anywhere in the Clackamas area, you should choose Chicago Title in Sunnyside. I have had extensive dealings with Libby Cox at this office and have had the most efficient, conscientious and friendly service I have ever received from an escrow and title company office. As a former mortgage broker, I understand the critical importance of having a top-notch team of escrow professionals in any transaction and Libby and her team deliver. Your real estate transaction will not only be smooth, accurate and quick with these professionals, but it will also be warm and friendly.

      Beyond incompetent. I wish I could be this bad at my job and still get paid. Title officer constantly got our information wrong. Errors throughout the paperwork. Bad/ineffective communication from the entire team. They also messed up the time, date, AND location of our signing appointment — THREE TIMES. And then to top it off, they have an utterly idiotic company policy about where the proceeds can or cannot be deposited. Every single step of the process was painful. We buy and sell a lot of real estate, and we will NEVER use Chicago Title ever again. Zero stars. Avoid at all costs.
