I and a loan agent and I have been using Gerrie Brindley at Chicago Title for several years. She is without at doubt one of the best Escrow Officers in San Francisco. But after the last miracle she pulled off, I just had to write a review. On this deal, the documents came into title at one minute before 5:00 PM, on the day that we had to have the documents signed, which was a Friday. The documents were signed by 7:15 PM, two hours later, at the clients house! Gerrie, her team, and the staff in the office are truly amazing. I cannot recommend her more highly.

Chicago Title misspelled my name on my title when registering it with the city, despite it being correct on my closing documents. Weeks of emails and phone calls have led to no resolution since they never get back to me. Poor customer service, even when they made the mistake.

They do NOT have a privacy policy in place and refused to own up to information they disclosed which they shouldn't have. I talked to management and it was fine by them as well. This is a home transaction and people's livelihoods and should be treated seriously. I am an agent in a transaction with them right now and recommend to avoid this branch at all costs.
